The MN Department of Health has collaborated with Resmaa Menakem, an internationally recognized leader in mitigating racial trauma through cultural somatics training, and New York times Best-selling author of My grandmother’s hands.

Training Goal: to provide a basic understanding of cultural somatics and skills to support yourself and the community from the negative emotional impact of the Chauvin trial in the death of George Floyd.
